What to grow in July

The nights a longer and ground is warmer. These two factors create prefect conditions for speeding up the germination process, making July an ideal to sow seeds.

As well as sowing sowing seeds, July is also ideal for planting out young plants who began their life in the greenhouse.

Don’t forget that as the temperature increases, so does the amount of water our plants require. If you’ve not already, consider installing a water butt.
